In compliance with Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the website is the property of the Fundación de los Ferrocarriles Españoles, FSP (hereinafter, the Foundation), foundation of the State Public sector established on February 20, 1985, CIF G-78043700, registered on May 14, 1985, with number 146 in the Registry of the Protectorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture (BOE of 07-09-85) and with registered office in Madrid, C/ Santa Isabel 44 – 28012 (Spain).

These clauses are intended to regulate the general conditions
governing the use of this website and the purchase or
acquisition of products using it. The simple and mere use of the
website grants the condition of user of the same, whether
natural or legal person and necessarily implies the complete,
full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the
clauses and general conditions included in the present text. If
the user does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use
of this Legal Notice, he/she will refrain from using the
website.
These general conditions have been prepared in accordance with
the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the
Information Society and Electronic Commerce and Royal
Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by the that the
Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of
Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is approved.

The Foundation reserves the right to modify, at any time and

The access, navigation and use of the website confers the
condition of user, it being understood that all the conditions
established here, as well as their subsequent modifications, are
accepted from the start of navigation, notwithstanding the
application of the corresponding legal regulations of obligatory
compliance according to the case.
The user accepts responsibility for a correct use of the website.
This responsibility will extend to:

Ticket purchase procedure
Users can purchase on the website by the established means and
forms.
To formalize the purchase, the user will be taken to a page
where they must provide all the necessary information.
The mandatory information required to place your order will
consist of: name and surname, email and contact telephone number
of the buyer. Optionally, other information may be required, such
as the company name for the issuance, where appropriate, of the
corresponding invoices.
Once an order has been placed, the user will receive an
informative email with the essential data of the operation
confirming receipt of their request for the provision of the
service and the voucher (ticket) for access to the contracted
service.
The communications, purchase orders and payments made during the
transactions carried out on the website could be archived and
kept in the computerized records of the Foundation in order to
constitute a means of proof of the transactions, in any case,
respecting the reasonable security conditions and the laws and
regulations in force that are applicable in this regard, and
particularly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016,
regarding the protection of natural persons regarding the
processing of personal data and the free circulation of this
data (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the
Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and
the rights that assist users in accordance with the privacy
policy of this website.
Minors
Those under the age of 18 may only use the services of the website
under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Prices and payment methods
The prices displayed on the website are the final ones, in euros
(€), and include tax, unless, due to legal requirements,
especially concerning VAT, a different regime is indicated and
applied.
Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not
affect tickets already purchased.
The accepted means of payment are credit or debit card.
The website uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and
security of payment data communicated by the user during
transactions. As such, the website uses a secure payment system
SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the
bank issuing them, if the said entity does not authorize
payment, the Museum will not be responsible for any delay or
non-delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with
the user, being null and void the initial contractual
relationship established, as an explicit resolution clause.
Once the Foundation receives the purchase order from the user
through the website, a pre-authorization will be made on the
corresponding card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to
complete the transaction. The charge on the card will be made at
the time the confirmation of shipment and/or confirmation of the
service provided is sent to the user in the established manner
and, where appropriate, in the established place.
III. Industrial and intellectual property rights
The signs, logos, icons, trademarks and other industrial and
intellectual property rights existing on the website are the
property of the entity and/or, where appropriate, of third-party
licensors thereof, for which reason, all rights of ownership are
reserved exclusively for their legal owners. Consequently, any
use, manipulation or unauthorized use thereof is prohibited. The
Foundation reserves the right to exercise the corresponding
legal actions.
IV. Written Communications and Notices
By using this website, the user accepts that most communications
with the Foundation are electronic (email or notices posted on the
website).
For contractual purposes, the user agrees to use this electronic
means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts,
notifications, information and other communications that the
Foundation sends electronically comply with the legal requirements
of being in writing. This condition will not affect the rights
recognized by law to the user.

Likewise, unless otherwise stipulated, the Foundation may contact

V. Complaints and claims
Users can send the Foundation their complaints, claims or any
other comments they wish to make through the contact information
provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information).
In addition, the Foundation has official claim forms available to
consumers and users, which they can request at any time, using the
contact information provided at the beginning of these Conditions
(General Information).
Likewise, if a dispute arises from the conclusion of this purchase
contract between the Foundation and the User, the User as a consumer
may request an out-of-court settlement of disputes, in accordance
with Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the
Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer
matters and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive
2009/22/EC.
VI. Legal Actions, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Foundation reserves the right to bring the civil or criminal
actions it deems necessary for the improper use of the website and
its contents, or for the breach of these Conditions.
The relationship between the user and the Foundation will be
governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish
territory. If any controversy arises in relation to the
interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties
will submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting
to the corresponding judges and courts of Madrid capital according
to law, waiving any other jurisdiction that may pertain to them.
