The access, navigation and use of the website confers the condition of user, it being understood that all the conditions established here, as well as their subsequent modifications, are accepted from the start of navigation, notwithstanding the application of the corresponding legal regulations of obligatory compliance according to the case.

Ticket purchase procedure

Users can purchase on the website by the established means and forms.

To formalize the purchase, the user will be taken to a page where they must provide all the necessary information.

The mandatory information required to place your order will consist of: name and surname, email and contact telephone number of the buyer. Optionally, other information may be required, such as the company name for the issuance, where appropriate, of the corresponding invoices.

Once an order has been placed, the user will receive an informative email with the essential data of the operation confirming receipt of their request for the provision of the service and the voucher (ticket) for access to the contracted service.

Those under the age of 18 may only use the services of the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Prices and payment methods

The prices displayed on the website are the final ones, in euros (€), and include tax, unless, due to legal requirements, especially concerning VAT, a different regime is indicated and applied.

Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

Once the Foundation receives the purchase order from the user through the website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge on the card will be made at the time the confirmation of shipment and/or confirmation of the service provided is sent to the user in the established manner and, where appropriate, in the established place.

III. Industrial and intellectual property rights

The signs, logos, icons, trademarks and other industrial and intellectual property rights existing on the website are the property of the entity and/or, where appropriate, of third-party licensors thereof, for which reason, all rights of ownership are reserved exclusively for their legal owners. Consequently, any use, manipulation or unauthorized use thereof is prohibited. The Foundation reserves the right to exercise the corresponding legal actions.

Likewise, if a dispute arises from the conclusion of this purchase contract between the Foundation and the User, the User as a consumer may request an out-of-court settlement of disputes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

VI. Legal Actions, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Foundation reserves the right to bring the civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for the improper use of the website and its contents, or for the breach of these Conditions.

The relationship between the user and the Foundation will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any controversy arises in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties will submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the corresponding judges and courts of Madrid capital according to law, waiving any other jurisdiction that may pertain to them.
